Fitted a dayco mod kit on last change so should I replace the tensioner and idler or will they be OK as times are hard and on a very tight budget at mo

For the cost I would do it all, as it is not that much of a difference.
You only do it IIRC every 60 / 70K so as a running cost it is nothing.

Or leave it a while until you can get it all done, How many miles you done since it was replaced?

Cheers

Do the tensioners as well they aren't overly expensive £25 will see you get two decent quality ones. I wouldn't skimp on it because £25 is a cheap engine rebuild if the tensioner gives up.

I must admit all the belts I have changed In the pass I have always changed the tensioner as you pointed out better safe than sorry.
