Me looking for help, advice again please.
Reading back on previous posts I'm assuming that you chaps call the three amigos the "abs light" , the "traction control" and the "hill decent" lights. I also have on the brake warning light. These lights came on after my rear nearside wheel came loose ( I confess that I didn't torque the nuts tight after taking off the rear wheels). One wheel stud is broken! Looking at photos of the rear hub it does look as though I will be able to insert new studs without removing the hub! Id be grateful if someone could confirm that this is the case. Also would a loose wheel damage the "ABS" sender?
This incidentally follows my successful exchange of engines, I will do a "write up" on that as soon as time permits but in the meantime: thanks to all who gave me valuable advice.

If you've already done some reading about the "3 amigos", then you'll know that there are a number of faults which can cause that indication to occur and a number of problems on a hub can cause the indications too.
As to what damage can happen after a back wheel comes off, I would venture to say that apart from what can be seen there's also the possible unseen damage which has to be considered. As to what it might have done to the ABS wheel speed sensor, goodness only knows, most parts are designed with the intention of remaining on the vehicle.
You will also have read that the only sure fire way of determining exactly what is going on with the warning lights is to get it on a compatible code reader.
After the problem with the back wheel, I would advise that you replace the hub, rather than try to sort some kind of fix, you just don't know the condition of the thing now. I'd also advise that you find a torque wrench, if only for use at home.
The brake warning light might or might not be associated with the rear wheel problem, but there are a number of things which can bring that light on in its own right, check the level of the fluid in the reservior first.
