has anyone fitted a heatshot to heat screenwash water ??

It would be teh perfect upgrade for the so called screenwash on a defender (storm and former) at least.

I have. Was given one by a friend who didn't need it & converted to twin wash jets by using the blanked holes where they'd put the wipers if the vehicle was left hand drive. Its made a big difference but if you use it to clear ice from your screen lift the wipers clear first otherwise you'll knacker the rubbers.

The jets still freeze but after a bit of time the hot water gets through.
