So I've got a 110 that I'm planning to drive to Mali with the wife for an adventure holiday. Before we go I'd like to meet others that have done trips like this and do a bit of off roading. Where should I go for this?

Thanks for the reply's. We went for a drive to Devon and back this weekend. The M25 was shut so we took to the country roads from kent. Made a nice change not speeding down motorways. Now just got to stop the rain coming in through the bulk head and fit lockers etc.
Really looking forward to a long trip.

When I saw the title of this thread I thought "hello" the boys are going to have fun with this one, then I read the OP and it's about travelling.
