Will an auto box from a Disco 200Tdi fit my 97 300 Tdi?

Bump... someone must know this & I need the car back on the road quick. I don't want to buy the 200Tdi box I've found then find it won't fit the 300
Most seem to think it will fit but one guy I spoke to was adamant it was a different casing although he had never tried to fit one.
Any help much appreciated.
