I have had the disco 2 years now and the headlight wash has never worked. I have eventually decided to have a look at it and my question is:
How do you check a relay with multi metre (if possible)

you'll need a 12v feed to it to see if it's activating/clicking, then do a continuity test with your meter once activated.

Ah? must admit that electrickery isnt my thing. I know how to how to read voltage on a multimetre, but continuity???
However, if I engage the wash and the relay doesnt "click" could I then pressume that its knackered?
