Does anyone know what resistance I should get across the rail sensor terminals ?

Our old sensor measures about 130Kohm across the two outer terminals. The new replacement we got from eBay measures >> 3Mohm which seems wrong. I still get 20,000kpa to 90,000kpa on diagnostics, but cannot understand how if one sensor is faulty ?

Wondering if these are simply resistive sensors coupled to a strain gauge to measure pressure, or have electronics inside ?
