Hi all,

My 2003 Td4 manual has an issue where every so often, I have to pump the clutch a few times in order to get into gear. After I have done this, the problem goes away for a few days before returning again.

Has anyone else had this issue, and does anyone have any ideas of how it can be fixed?

Needs bleeding, or a replacement master cylinder then bleeding.

Thank you, I guess I'll start by bleeding it before trying the master cylinder.
Is bleeding an easy task for a novice, or would it be best I take the car to a mechanic?
