hi can any one help me when you tighten the swivel pin housing do you take any shims out of bottom swivel pin? or is it just the top one you take them out of?

you shoiuld never need to touch the bottom pin for any job ,shims should only be and are fitted to the top pin,

thanks for that did not know if there was any shims in or not, thank you for that think i need some more out of the top.
