Hi everyone,

I am trying to replace a swith at the back of my gearbox next to the drive shaft.

Is there anyone out there that could shed some light on how to do this?

What disco is this 3?
Is that the High/low solenoid/motor?

Whats the actual problem?

Oh and change that earth lead while your there it looks rather manky

Sorry I dont know but just trying to help by asking so those that do will regconise your issue.

What year cos I believe the TB was changed at some point?

How did you get it out?

Is it 1 of them chinesse wire puzzle things where you put it in at a certain angle then twist and push in more? (dont forget to have you tongue sticking out and a trouser leg rolled up)

I will have a look in the files I have to see If I have anything.

Hi,

The part slid out towards the back of the car. I think that the pin needs to be extended outwards to get it in.

I am currently doing the leg up tongue out carry on trying to get it back in
