Hi guys

My suspension is is access mode so very low down and uncomfortable ro drive it says suspension will rise when system cooled
Its been saying it for hours so definatly be cool by now.
Is there anything i can do to get ir back to normal height i cant drive it on access mode its very bouncy
Thanks guys

It probably means you have a leak in the system and the pumps overheated trying to keep it fed Diag probably needed to clear fault after leak fix.

Is there any way to get it back to normal height. Never noticed a leak before and if left it dont drop at all.
Thanks

2008 range rover sport 2.7 hse
AMK pump fitted
Thanks
All i want is to temporary get it to normal height so i can use it until new pump gets delivered. Thanks guys

You may well have this fixed now, but if not, here is a trick I learnt with experience !!!

Leave a car door open and run the car, this will allow the compressor to fill the resevoir tank, leave it a couple of minutes to make sure (in case you have a week compressor) then shut the door, the system seems to then allow a flurry of air to most needed airbag (path of least resistance, ie low pressure) and 'should' raise the car. If you have a split in an awkward place, if your lucky, it may raise enough to get past the leaking part and may hold, sometimes when these things go too low is when they cant get back up! A bit like us old folk lol ! I use to do this to change leaking airbags as sometimes it would lay so flat to the ground I could not get a jack under it !

It may help, hope so !

Hi

that’s really interesting , in the D3 as soon as the door is open it completely disables the suspension

assume the RRS has a different software program

always good to learn new things :D

My suspension wont do nothing with the doors open if i remember right when it was working properly it would tell me.to close the door before it would allow the suspension to work

Tried that and didnt work. The pump is making a very very quiet buzzing hissing noise so id say its definatly given up.
