I think it is anyway.... on the L322 the number plate lens on the bottom tailgate, no wonder they break at the screw as every time you close it it bangs the small lenses. The right side one on mine is broke, it really is a stupid design.

Mine are fine, maybe someone just overtightened the screw

No they are just right, torqued them up myself
