My 110 had developed a strange electrical fault. I thinking maybe some kind of earth fault? When I indicate right they work fine. When I indicate right whilst braking the rear indicator stops working and the brake light flashes instead. If I lift my foot of the break then the indicator flashes again.

Do the rear brake lights and indicators share an earth or are they linked some other way? I'm going to strip the bulb holders out tomorrow and check it out. Any pointers now would really help. Thanks

Thanks James. You're right. Just spent hours scratching my head. In the end I ran a new earth for the rear lights on the drivers side and that fixed it.
