Is anyone aware of an off the shelf straight through replacement for the final section of exhaust for a 200tdi 90? As in from the last union to the tip but without the horizontal silencer? Or would I need to make something up?

My mate got one made from this seller on bgay..............
originally ordered the side exit but as his landy was made from all sorts of land rovers
it didn't fit so he called them & the chap made him one, it was cheap aswell in stainless

Yeah that looks good, I might have the same problem as your mate, everything I've done with mine has been a bit 'work out where the hell that's from'

Have a look at the systems available on Paddocks for example, I made a custom exhaust for my 300tdi last year but used off the shelf parts to reduce the welding to a single joint on the downpipe and a bracket or two I didn't want straight through as I could not be bothered with the drone, so opted for a big single moderator right in the middle of the vehicle, the off the shelf pipe I then used was a 300tdi rear section which is just a piece of pipe with the radius's in it to pass over the axle and under the chassis. Looking at the system "plans" on Paddocks I was able to find a lot of common parts which was good in allowing me to mix and match.
