Hi

This is proberly gonna sound stupid to some people but I need to replace my entire spare (wrong size) when I buy a tyre do I need to buy and innertube bit as well or does it come with one?

Depends if the tyre is tubeless or not.

Basically not. If the tyre has a tube in it and the fitter is any good then they will be able to put the tube back in. If the tube has some puncture repairs they may well advise that you replace it. In all likely hood it will be a tubeless tyre.
