Eh up chaps and chappess's
I have a 4.4 V8 petrol Range Rover with a dodgy steering column which can be pulled/pushed in and out both whilst driving and stationary. Any ideas for a remedy please.

My advice would be don't pull or push it! But I've been told my advice isn't very helpful!!
You might find better help in the range rover section

As @kermit_rr states If you post in the relevant forum (Range rover) you will get more responses
Your adjusting mechanism brass gear will have worn out, its a common issues
