Evening chaps, does anybody know for sure if land rover used the same mounting points for steering columns throughout the years?
I've been searching high and low and found out all the info regarding type a wheels and type c etc, 36 and 48 spline, but I want to track down a 48 spline column to swap out my old 36 spline unit. Just missed out on one removed from a td5 but thought I need to find out for sure first if it'll fit my '92 fender.

I believe they do and I believe u have one what's wrong with yours??

Nothing wrong with it, just wanting to update to the later 300 wheel as I'm working my way through the steering components anyway. Not a fan of the thin 4 spoke wheel and can't find a type C wheel in 36 spline flavour for love nor money! Thanks for the fast response mate.
