MUDDEE New Member Feb 8, 2006 #2 any idea where the noise might be coming from, could be the uj's in the steering shaft. does the steering feel different in any way, stiff/play.

N NeilD New Member Feb 9, 2006 #3 Took it to my local landy specialists (Chichester 4x4). Turns out that the track rod was rotated back slightly causing the squeak. All it needed was turning back and problem solved. I can also highly recommend their tea!
