Following on from my thread about my 110, my dad's 90 requires a bit of love.

First job is a new cross member.

It doesn't look too bad from the outside.



The new Pressbrake special with chassis extensions.



The rats nest of rear electrics.



The old crossmember removed.

And all the crap metal cut out.


Time for a cigarette and a cup of tea.
Note: filters and papers in the same pouch. Save loosing them!!

Chassis extensions tacked on, except the top ones are welded properly.


All tacked into place.


And one side properly done.


Quite proud of the welding!!


I must say, these Pressbrake crossmembers are proper bits of kit. They fit perfectly, and look really well put together.
I wholeheartedly recommend them.
