I need to mount my spare wheel on a 90 truck cab. After considering the usual places (bonnet, bulkhead, swingaway), I've decided that: a) bonnet is too impractical, b) swingaway is too expensive, so c) it's probably going to be bulkhead. Does anyone know where I can get me hands on the mounting, as my Landy has nothing there at the moment.

On a similar note, I will also be getting some type of tonneau cover at some point. Is a hard-type cover out of the question due to the protrusion of the wheel, and where are the best places to look for soft tonneaus that can be fitted over the bulge of the wheel?

They seem like simple problems, but they are causing me surprisingly big headaches.

I went for the temp but easy option of an ifor williams top until i can afford the swingaway then make a cover with some ally

The obvious answer for the spare wheel is the standard bulkhead mount but if a swingaway is too expensive then buying the parts for this would probably be too much as well (main support MTC1584 is over £70 plus you have all the other bits & pieces to take into account).
Unless you can find someone breaking an old vehicle with the bracket etc still in place or someone who has one but doesn't use it (I had one on my S111 that I never used) then the best you can manage is to fix it to the floor.
