I have a canvas soft top on Pumkin, sand color.

Just wondering if I am supposed to be treating this with any kind of oil or whatever.

As new it will be fine for quite some time.

I have been running soft-top LR's for nearly 25-years last year was the first time I decided that one needed treating.
The canvas in question was supplied by All Wheel Trim about 12-years ago and it was finally being to let water through. I used Fabsil (which is designed for this type of material and I had previous experience of how good it is on my old cotton tent) and the water now beads and runs off as it should.
12-months on and it is still perfect despite washing with vehicle detergent / wax.

I use fabsil too, works well. Mine only beads on the sides but even when it ponds on top it doesn't leak thru.
