If you want to make your own, the secret recipe is 1400mm of 60 x 120mm box section. This will fit like a glove if you follow the same method as the above link.
Be prepared to do some extra patching once you start, five door models tend to rot at top of rear wheel arch, (look with door open), and check that point from under side. Also, footwell floors can be a bit of a problem but this tends to be more with classic rangeys. Reckon on about 5 hours each side if you've not done them before and doing it on a driveway!
