Disconnected battery, now passenger window winds up once every 3 days and pass mirror dont come out properly after start up. Ive already checked fuses and disconnected the battery for half hour to reset.

I don't have a ***lander but I have has issues with mirrors on other cars. The motors are quite weak so any resistance to opening/closing will stop them working.
Often a spray of a penetrating oil (not WD40) will cure the issue, sometimes you need to take the mirror apart and clean/grease the cogs (so to speak)..
