an opportunity has arisen for me to get my hands on a v8 powered s2a in rather nice condition... the ballast is selling her car so she would drive the defender and i would use the series to commute to and from work (9miles each way) and for general pootling about... am i crazy? :D

dude, she does about 100miles a year so essentialy i will have a v8 s2 and my fender... the words ' ****' and 'yeah' come to mind...

In which case let her use the V8 and just make sure the fuel tank is kept empty. You'll find she can't be arsed to fill it up so it means she won't ue it at all.;):p

fender only gets about 20 on the mt`s already so i is used to low mpg, plus if ppl keep filling up their RR`s with petrol and bringing them in to be repaired, i shall have a ready supply of fuel ;)

aint we all mad having guzzling landies (any type) its just some are madder than others, go for it......
 
we just look mildly disturbed due to the perma-grin effect induced by the driving of said landys...

gonna have a load of stuff coming up soon, moving racking to make way for another 2 2post lifts and the second hand spares shelves are moving to make space for them....
