You will need to be a good welder/fabricator to take that on. The delta was a good car in its day but I think the 1300 engine will be a bit disappointing. The fact that it has cooling issues would be a concern for me. Lancia made great engines but they are not strong. I've been looking for a good beta coupe for a while but they are like hens teeth. The paint does a good job of hiding corrosion right up until it's too late. If you could get it to a good condition though, it would be worth a small fortune.

If it isn't an Integrale I wouldn't bother. And a 1.3 ain't.

And even then if it was an Integrale, in that state you'll end up rebuilding from the ground up.

I had a couple of betas, a coupe and a HPE. Apart from the body corrosion they were brilliant cars. There was also the problem with finding parts. It was cheaper to fly to Milan and fill a suitcase full of spares than it was to buy them in the UK. This was pre-eBay and Internet.
