my series 3 lighweight has delux seats but i would like original plain type . why do they cost so mutch more than delux .does any one know where to get them? or maybe i could butcher the delux ones with some plain vinyl .

They would be my go to for seating as well, and the plain is slightly cheaper than the deluxe.

When I bought my series, all the seats were in pretty bad condition. I could afford to replace them all but the wife was already a bit annoyed I'd spend the holiday money on the landy, so I wasn't going to annoy her any more with spending a lot more on it. I therefore just bought the various bits of seats over several months.

cost limits ! value for £ !spend too mutch beats the fun out of it ! use the old bus ,better stil wear it out & mend it again.
