hi,

as the title says, i'd like to know how to separate (and how to re-assemble) the seat frame which bolts to the seat box from the runners which allow the seat to move for'd and back. The tubes that the seat sits on are removed from the runners so it's just the sliding part which i need to remove now. is there a button you can hold in or something to allow the rail to slide fully out?

i need to know as i'm refurbing, painting and liberally greasing all these parts because i'm sick of the scabby rust and non-cooperativity of the seat.
