Been lurking for a while since I got my new to me '04 TD4 a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks for all the info so far. Helped me to iron out a few issues and give me a few ideas.

I've just finished a deep-clean on my 74000 mile TD4 and it's looking good! It's done arount 40000 miles on gravel so the underneath is shot-blasted, but been dealer maintained so in pretty good shape. Got an annoying clunk under the RH footwell that I must see to. A bit stiffer on the suspension then pre-facelift models I've driven here but okay. Beautiful torque. It's a keeper!
