Hi All

New to Landys and have ended up with a Series 3 with a v8 conversion. The fuel pump is dead but the replacement price seems high compared to what I'm used to (old Porsches) at £230+VAT.

Is this my only option for a v8 on a series landy?

no it has an external pump, been converted to a v8 at some point so not standard... Not that I would have any more clue if it was!

put this in ebay AZX1500 V8 twin fuel pump

brought up a couple of options can you not get a repair kit for yours?

Probably not getting the full picture but don't see why you can't just use a facet or similar single outlet 3-5psi, unless it is a high output motor, in which case real steel will have something suitable.

I can get repair kits but you need two and it's only £50 off a new pump, that Facet one looks nice and cheap But it only has a single input, what do I do with the other tank line?

I've bought the Facet pump, I am assuming I only have one tank anyway so why two feeds? I'll cap one off.

I thought you had 1 in 2 out to the carbs. Either way you can fit an appropriate size t piece
