The fitted ones that run front to back on a 5 door freelander 1

I want some !!!!

Considering how many freelanders must have been broken why are they so expensive second hand !!!!

True, strongest part of the car.

I drove under a car park barrier when i first got to killarney with my bikes on the roof attached by a bike rack :doh:

The freelanders roof rails were ok, the bikes were ok (luckily) the bike carriers were made **** of and bent to feck. Managed to bend em back and got the bikes back on the roof, drove off in pure embarrasment.
