Im after a new roof for my
90 I have been offered one for a series3 does anyone know if they are the same

Series roof is straight above the series windscreen.
A 90 roof is shaped above the defender windscreen and sort of follows the profile rather than sitting flat on top of it.
It’s more difficult to explain than I thought before I started writing this!!!
I ain’t sure where the extra length is in a 90 compared to and 88” but I think it’s in the back and as such a series 3 roof will be too short anyway.

A series roof can go on a 90 [bulkhead to end of tub length is the same] But you have to use the series split screen and it does look wrong.

A series tub is shorter so where is the extra couple of inches taken up?
