What actually defines a rolling chassis?
I'm thinking that it would be the chassis and wheels?

Just seen 1 on ebay advertised as "rolling" chassis but does not come with wheels. How does it roll lol?

Chassis, axles and suspension. Wheels I would expect to come with it but its a land rover and they perhaps rusted away lol
