Had a look on this site and it seems that the question hasn't been asked for a while. Any fresh views?

Ideas so far seem to be that the Richards has a thicker wall but as a consequence is very heavy.

Sorry - was in the middle of researching the various suppliers and therefore thought that everybody would obviously be able to read my mind and know what I was talking about!!

Redhand was absolutely right - I was talking about a new galvanised chassis.
