Just thought I would reintroduce my self as I have been on this forum sice 2009 when I bought my first Discovery a 200tdi which I ran for about 2 years and have had 4 300tdis that I have renovated and sold .
any way I have bought another 300tdi an N reg 1996 106000 mile and its had no welding at all yet and seems to have been well looked after and it drives very well any way I'm impressed with it and intend to keep it for a while.
