Has anyone had there Disco re-sprayed recently? thinking of having mine done. keeping it in it's original blue (NOT BRIGHT PINK LIKE THE MISSUS WANT'S) any ideas on what i should expect to pay? is it better to go to a reputable (expensive) garage? or find someone who know's a friend of a friend who does it (cheap)?

window licking is not recomended in winder! your tongue will freeze to the window!

the outside has the most flavour! less than £20? cheap paint and a roller?

Homebase metal paint x 2 (reduced to £4 for 750ml) and a few rollers, brushes and white spirit...

so i'd need 3? disco is a bit bigger than a 90. plus i like to get creative. maybe even do the wheels?

Yes...i was tempted to paint my wheels oxford blue but then i realised i wasn't brain damaged...so didn't.


Its easy...remove/cover brightwork....lightly sand it..wipe it...paint it...paint it...

was thinking black for the wheels and maybe the oxford blue on the body. with a sporty stripe on the sides, like the dukes of hazard car, so the wheels wouldn't look stupid!

ive been told £300, but thats just the outside, not the wings under the hood.

£300 is about what i expected. BUT! if i do it myself its cheaper and i can get creative! hhhmmmm.....? decisions....decisions!
