Hi
Had some pointers last week on my 1997 3.9 cruise control probs and it is the vac pipes that are fooked. I've bought a lenth of new pipe a straight and a tee peice conector. I know that the vac pump is under the the jack storage and that about it, could somebody please give me a detailed talkthru' how to complete the repair. (i've downloaded the RAVE manual but not detailed enough on this prob for a numpt like me) Does the pipework go to the control unit under the dash. I'm going to try and fix it today
Thanks in advance
Dave

No the only place the pipe goes to is the brake peddle switch if u have an auto and also the clutch peddle if a manual.
So from the pump to the T piece behind the washer bottle then to the throttle servo and the peddle/s

I've done all the pipes but noticed the rubber bellows on the actuator is also fooked and got holes in it so need a replacement. Is anybody breaking one or know of one going a right money
Thanks Dave
