ive got to take off the axle on me 92 rangie it all looks pretty straight forward ive worked around most parts of the axle but not the rose joint ( i think that is what its called joint on the end of the a frame) does any one know what size socked or spanner i will need and any advice on getting it off would go down a treat

Can't give you many specifics except that the torque on the nut is 176nm (for comparison the wheel nuts are 130nm!) so you want to try and get as strong a ring spanner as you can on it and get a pipe on the spanner.
BTW RAVE says remove the Boge before you remove the pivot, don't know why though
