Gents,

Currently just started a re-build on a series 2.25, which had a 2.5 conversion done.. anyways, i whipped the head off today, i found most of the valves were sticking like a sod. I've brought new valves and guides, how do i go about removing the guides?

punch them out ,bottom up i found plenty of worn guides but not sticking valves
