I have just had my Rangie's headlining replaced with a refurbed one by a chap called Jason at "Blackbrook Auto-Trim" (07779 303 858).
He's a really smashing bloke, he couldn't have been more helpful. My old saggy one out and a re-trimmed replacement in while the wife & I wandered round the Museum of Somerset in the centre of Taunton for an hour and a bit.

Price for the whole job (including the sunroof slider) was £240.

While doing the replacement he observed that there was a "very soggy" area of the old headlining shell up in the top corner passenger-side front and the folded up sun-visor had picked up some black mould. He put sealant up in that corner in case the roof to windscreen frame joint was leaking or the windscreen to frame was leaking. I have previously checked that the sunroof cassette drains properly at the front corners using a jug of water and a funnel with a tube on, so he may have done me a big favour.

I shall have to keep a close eye on it, but at the moment it is very nice not to have a saggy headlining grazing the top of my head. :)
 
Fairly straightforward, albeit messy...

Remove/loosen beading, sunshades, etc then get it out from the rear of the car. Sunroof etc stays in place - just the sliding cover needs to be removed.

Get a strong brush to remove all the residual foam/glue. This is messy however the easiest way to remove it and critical to remove everything.

Apply a good quality adhesive on both lining and shell, once tacky put the two together. Easiest is to do it in manageable sections working from the inside out towards the edges. Take particular care to push down at the various transitions/pockets before moving on. Once done, wrap over, trim excess and do the little 'pockets' for lights etc.

Can be done without removing seatbelts etc.
 
Had my Classic done last year by a local guy, excellent job & included re-building part of the shell that had been bodged by someone in the past .. £300 all in.

I had been contemplating a drive to Somerset but adding the cost of a 400 mile trip made the cost a bit too high so was pleased to find https://www.aldersclassics.co.uk/ much nearer to me just south of Norwich. They charged me £299 to replace the headlining on my P38 & did a beautiful job. I dropped off the car & collected a few days later. Their main business is restoring classic vehicles & have done some interesting projects. When I visited they showed me a 1965 Ford Mustang body shell that they were completely refurbishing.
