do your interior lights work.they are linked to the rear speakers and rear wiper,if these are not working try syncing the interior light by pressing the middle button for three seconds until it bleeps and shows message.

,also the multidisc is playing up it takes them in then sends them back into the cassette all fuses are ok and head unit settings are ok,only the radio is working.
