I have a 2 inch lift on my discovery 300tdi, its got everything required for the lift apart from corrected rear radius arms, i have a vibration between 30-40 mph under acceleration but not overrun, ive replaced the rear doughnut and the uj is fine. front prop is a dc and is also sound. Could it have something to do with the rear uj running a slightly excessive angle causing a vibration?........also ive replaced the output oil seals on the transfer box TWICE and its still leaking, i took care when removing the old ones and drifted the new ones in nice n square, could cheap seals be to blame? any help would be greatly appreciated.

are prop yokes aligned,with the seal is flange seal surface worn ,bearing worn ,breather blocked

yolks are aligned, bearings are sound and the t box has had new flanges too, all breathers are clear

remove one prop at a time and take it for a run in diff lock ,let us know results
