Right chaps tried googling this and getting conflicting stories.

What is the position with having passengers in the back.

I don't have any seats just a rubber covering on my wheel boxes and no seat belts.

Can I have passengers? Do I need proper seats? Do I need seat belts?

how many seats on the v5c? will affect how many you can carry

how many seats does your insurance company know it has? if you have told them 3 then carrying 7 could void your insurance in the event of an accident.

benches are cheap enough and would allow for 4 in the back, no need for seat belts as they are side facing.
