Hi can anyone shed any light on the bottom door seal that sticks across the bottom of the passenger door when the door is closed there is a half inch gap you can see daylight through it on both rear doors just near the centre door pillow I have looked at another 110 and that's the same is this a common fault ? have the bottom seals shrunk ? can anyone help Cheers

Yes, my friend has an 03 Defender double cab and you can see daylight under the rear doors on that too. I think it's just the way they're made.

even worse when its at the top of the drivers door and you get water in the side of the face when it rains,thought gaps under the door were to leave water out

I have the gaps at the top of the drivers door, I find the small flecks of water in my face help to keep me awake
