HI All,

new to the forum. Recently purchased a 2007 RR Vogue 3.6 TDV8 great car and love it. However the chap that had it before had a fair bit of "Bling" on it and i have been slowly removing it all and putting back to standard, the last job is the rear back box, it has a massive stainless "je??" which hangs down a bit and i want to put it back to standard. I had a look on ebay but not much luck, is the backbaox the same on petrol and diesels? or does anyone know where i could get one? Also got a set of 22 inch alloys with tyres if anyone is looking for some!

Welcome. Just had a quick look on ebay for your model and found several. I'm not as clever on this as @holidaychicken or @Saint.V8 (and others) but it would appear diesel and petrol back box is interchangeable. I stand ready to be corrected, though.

I can't see any on eBay? Only one for a Range Rover sport 3.6 does anyone know if this is the same? Just need the rear silencer

You want part number WCE500340

I am not 100% sure if it is the same as the petrol model, part numbers seem different on the parts lists, but photos look identical....thats not to say they are though!

SO i think i have found an exhaust!

i assume these systems were one piece? so i will just need to cut and join? still never found out if the petrol exhaust also fitted, no one seemed to know!

Looks like it is one piece. Easy enough to cut to size to match back up to the original portion on yours, for ease I'd consider using a pair of these, not sure what your OEM o/d is....http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-25-inch...625915?hash=item3a87ee03fb:g:9isAAOSwo4pYdPBu, I believe exhaust is stainless from the factory, but not bling grade.
Alternative joining method is to have the joins on replacement 'expanded' to allow for the usual slip fit, both methods would work nicely.
