Easy or not to remove the rear body? I am thinking of removing the rear body of my 90 CSW to get at the chassis for cleaning/preserving purposes. The chassis is in good condition and worth preserving. How do I remove the back and seperate the roof, especially at the front?

Undo all the bolts with a grinder if necessary.

as storm says theres loads of 10mm bolt irc which hold it to the windscreen pannel and then 13mm nuts on little rubber mountings at the bottom of the van sides were it meets the tub

Just grind the bolt heads off and when you're ready just stick it all back together with super glue, SIMPLES!!
