Has anyone ever had thier spare wheel nicked from underneath the Rangie?
basically we think that my dads sport has had the cable that holds the wheel up underneath the car cut and spare tyre pinched, although apparently it is a common fault for the cable to break! leaving the tyre wide open for an opertunist steel.
it even went into the Land rover garage for a service and all they did was state on the paperwork that it was missing!
just want to get an idea if this has happend to anyone else, in my eyes if its a common fault fro the cable to break, and with the car still under warrenty they should replace the wheel!
although that will never happen!
