Has anyone attempted fitting seats from a p38 or l322 into a classic?

I'm not normally superstitious but the thought of transplanting anything from a P38 into a classic would worry me

I wouldnt fancy the hassle of putting electric/memory seats in, but the first thing is to check the dimensions of the mounting hole centres on the seat bases. Next, if the rear seat is being changed, check the mountings and also that it will physically fit, shape and size wise.
