For some reason, after aiming and firing a rocket launcher at it, my Rangey appears be on fire and in a millions bits! Does anyone know if this is a common fault and will the dealer give a refund as i've only had it 3 weeks?

Yes, its a common fault. Unfortunately due to a clause in the contract, written in invisble ink, they will only accept it back if you find all the pieces and have your Maternal Great-Great-Great GrandParents accompany you to provide a character witness.
