:doh:Hi yall!!

just put a 3.5 efi v8 engine an auto box into a 88" shortened chassis, got it all running and went to move it and i only have drive in 1st and reverse?? any ideas??

I have changed the filters, fluids already, and also changed the valve block inside the box but same issue?

I have also renewed the kick down cable could this be an issue causing it??

Do you know if it worked before you fitted it?

presumably you got the kick down cable adjusted right,if gear box oil wasnt burnt or black ,remove transfer box ,remove rear out put shaft remove rear housing ,remove and check govenor,they stick especially with new oil
