Hi guys, after a few hours of failed work I need some advice.

Went to change my failed radius arm bushes today but the bolts have set themselves solid into the metal tube! Got the nuts off ok but the tubes spin within the rubber showing how failed they are!

Tried a few bashes with a hammer but no good, didn't have access to heat etc today so put back together and left it :( :(

Any tips? Bit disheartened with the RR today :(

Cheers guys

Get a 1mm cutting disk in the grinder and cut up the side and then renew the bolts when you put the new bushes in.
I had to do this to my discovery bushes, i changed to polybush and the bolt would fit inside the metal sleeve they provided with the poybush kit( found out once hammered in place )
I had to cut it out and buy another bolt :)

Thanks mate,

The front one looks to have enough space but the rear bolt looks very close to the shock mount, did you find that was ok?

New bolts ordered
